Terms and Conditions for the Draw at the Ideal Home Show in Halifax

The prize will be a professional property inspection, to be conducted by a professional property inspector to be chosen by David Langstroth, on a property nominated by the prize winner. The value is up to a maximum of $600.00. It is expected that a Seller will choose to have their own home pre-inspected through this process; and a Buyer will choose to inspect a home on which they have made an offer in which property inspection is one of the conditions.
There is no charge for entering the draw.
The winner will be selected by David Langstroth on March 26 by randomly drawing a paper from the prize draw box. The winner will be notified within 5 business days.
The prize can only be collected if the winner enters into a contract with EXIT Realty Metro, in which David Langstroth is the designated agent, for the purpose of buying or selling property, on or before July 1, 2023.
Only properties within a 40 minute drive of Halifax are eligible.
The prize cannot be reassigned to a third party.
